SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Small Group Training

Our small groups are perfect for those who would like individualized attention, but also the opportunity to compete with other athletes. 

The athlete will be familiar with the exercises and ready to compete.  They still receive the personalized attention, but with three to four other people in the group.  Small Group Training is great for both the new and experienced athlete.  If you are striving to improve your speed, strength, agility and decrease your risk of injury, we can help.  You will get a great dynamic and efficient workout led by our sports performance specialist to help you succeed in the gym and in your sport.

What’s Involved?

Our Small Group Personal Training service is a great method of getting results because it creates a small community that will both support and compete against one another.  We’ve seen it to be a great source of fun and competition which brings the best out of our athletes.  It is an excellent way to get the expertise you need and have the support of our sports performance specialist and members in your corner!
