Football Training
There are proven systems behind our training philosophy and program. Stanford’s Football program currently utilizes many of the same tools that we use, to get athletes to perform at their highest level, while reducing the risk of injury. Director of Football Sports Performance, Shannon Turley, was recognized as the Strength and Conditioning Coach of the Year by the National Strength and Conditioning Association. It was due in part, to reducing the number of missed games by the 2-deep roster–which dropped 87 percent, from the start of his time at Stanford.
He has reduced the injury rate significantly, while producing more NFL players during his time at Stanford than any other point in their history. We are proud that the Functional Movement Training philosophy is proving itself vital on the College and professional level.
Coach Turley had a great impact on preparing Seattle Seahawks’ very own Doug Baldwin and Richard Sherman for the NFL. They both credit him with keeping them injury free and performing at a high level.

Hau’oliKikaha
University of Washington Football, Defensive End
Congratulations to Hau’oliKikaha on a great season for the Washington Huskies this past year. He came to DM Athletics after two ACL injuries–wanting to regain confidence in his knee. He immediately went to work, and began regaining the strength and confidence he needed, in his knees.
Hau’oli had a team high of 12 sacks, was named the team defensive player of the year, 2nd team All Pac 12, and defensive MVP in the Hukies bowl game this season. We are truly proud of all his accomplishments, and are excited for your upcoming season. Great job Hau’oli!
