Seattle Private Fitness Training

We offer private training for athletes who need individualized attention in our Seattle location.

This often includes working on dysfunctions or a symmetries that requires a lot of focus from our sports performance specialist.  Private training is for ideal for athletes who are training for the first time and do not know how to lift weights or workout.  We can take the time to go at your pace until you are comfortable with the exercises.
