Large Group Training

Our large group training option, is for athletes that feel confident in their ability to execute each exercise. 

They are self-motivated and have the disciplined drive to improve each day.  These groups are limited to ten people; so while you are working side by side with more athletes, you do still benefit from the personalized attention of our Sports Performance Specialists.  We make sure you are performing every movement correctly for maximum benefit and to keep you injury free.  Large Group Training is great for the experienced fit athlete.
