Kirkland Private Fitness Training

We offer private training for athletes who need individualized attention in our Kirkland location.

This often includes working on dysfunctions or a symmetries that requires a lot of focus from our sports performance specialist.  Private training is for ideal for athletes who are training for the first time and do not know how to lift weights or workout.  We can take the time to go at your pace until you are comfortable with the exercises.

Our 1 on 1 private training program provides the maximum in individual attention and support you need.  This type of training gives us the opportunity to work with you more diligently on all aspects of your athleticism.  Private training allows us to help you break through the barriers and help you achieve your goals.  As our premium coaching service, we work closely with our 1 to 1 members to ensure that you are on the right path to success.  We provide specific, targeted, and individualized programs to help you reach your goals.  Our coaches will work side by side you to make sure every exercises is performed correctly for maximum benefits.  Our individualized program and coaches will help you discover your potential.
