Every now and then, the daily routine can overshadow the reason that I started in this industry. For me, it was a college experience that drove my attention to detail, and relentless research towards obtaining the best results possible for my clients.
A little background. In college, I was a Freshmen All American with an extremely bright future ahead of me. Following a foot injury that next season, I was unable to regain the performance level I once held, prior. Though I consulted with team therapists and strength and conditioning coaches, they unfortunately could not come up with a game plan, or solution.
I turned inward, and thought that if I just worked harder, I would get back to where I needed to be. I spent a couple hours daily, in the weight room after our team workouts. Though I gained some strength and speed, in the end it simply did not work. It was devastating.
After completing my playing career, I threw myself completely into researching what could have been done, to help me regain my athleticism. What I found, is that training is the major factor between those who are able to bounce back and regain their athleticism, and those who cannot. Not every school program will stay on top of the latest research, in order to improve performance and reduce injuries. We do. What drives me to continue helping athletes, is my own personal experience, and the desire to prevent those who have faced a hardship, from being unable to excel. We guarantee that we will help any athlete achieve their goals–come by and pay us a visit!
Sincerely,
