DM Athletics Newsletter – August 2012

There have been a lot of great things going on at DM Athletics this Summer, with our athletes and also our fitness clients. Below are a few highlights that have led DM Athletics into the spotlight–as the premier training facility in the Pacific Northwest for athletes to improve their performance and achieve their highest level of fitness.

Alex Keough

A warm welcome to the newest member of our team, Alex Keough. He is a former Division 1 soccer player for the University of California Riverside from 2001 to 2004. After graduating he went on to pursue his passion as a strength and conditioning coach.

We are excited to have him on board with us–this Summer has really seen him hit the ground running.

His numbers before he came in were good, at: weight 180lbs, 195lb bench, 270 lb Squat, 28 inch vertical, 8’5″board jump, and 4.8 seconds in the forty yard dash. At the end of just eight weeks, Cecil’s numbers were: weight 185lbs, 250lb bench, 405lbs squat, 32 inch vertical, 9’6″ broad jump and 4.57 seconds in the forty yard dash.
