Resolve

To get back up and try again after failing, is mantra true for every aspect of life–especially training and fitness. Many times you do not achieve your goals on your very first try, but that does not mean that you should give up. Learn why you failed, adjust your strategy or training method and give it another chance. It all depends on how badly you want something. Thomas Edison failed 10,000 times before he accomplished his goal of inventing the incandescent light bulb. Are you willing to try as many times as you need to in order to accomplish your goals?
