Want to Avoid ACL Injuries?

 

We have helped several athletes come back  and avoid non – contact ACL injuries after training with us for three months.  We have been able to do it because we follow a unique method that special to us.

As you can see in our diagram, most athletes start out by starting a sport and that works on their skills.  Then they might start training and normally they work on strength, endurance and power.  Some facilities work on movement fundamentals but hardly any work on Structure, alignment and none are able to execute all of these things.

 

The reason is because the time a dedication it takes to get educated on all these components takes over 5 years.  It is easy to get good a one component and think you do not need anything else but we found that to be wrong when we focused on the Movement Fundamentals and Performance part of the pyramid and still had a couple of our athletes injury their ACL through non-contact.  It was only when I started to study and implement strategies to fix structure and alignment along with the rest, then we saw zero non-contact ACL injuries.  We even helped several athletes get out of some pain they have been experiencing for a while and back to participating in their sport with no pain.
