Energy is the Game Changer

Over this past week, I had the opportunity to attend a Tony Robbins one day seminar.  I was admittedly a bit cautious about attending–I typically avoid large crowds in this context, as it doesn’t seem to suit my learning style. To my amazement, the seminar was well worth it.

The biggest aha moment for me was when Tony spoke about how important it is for us to have energy in everything we do.  He didn’t speak so much about sleep, hydration, or nutrition (which of course are important factors), but he did mention the importance of movement.  It is key in improving our energy, physiology, our actions and also our results.  His statement confirms so much of what we do here at the gym. His recommendation is that we move around for five minutes when we feel tired or experience low energy.  And we all have dips in our energy levels throughout the day.  The key however, is to know how to get our energy level back up to where we need it, in order to perform our best.

In closing, I want to encourage you to attend seminars which appeal to you. Learn as much as possible, and apply it to your life.  Continue to seek ways to improve–because the moment we begin thinking that we know everything and have all the answers, is the moment that we begin declining. In our health, relationships, business and as a society.  Contact us now, if you are ready to take your performance to the next level!

Sincerely,

Donny Mateaki
