At DM Athletics, we help athletes develop their mental resilience through exercise–pushing them beyond their limits and setting goals that they often cannot see themselves accomplishing.

An athlete’s mental conditioning is paramount when it comes to performance. The ones who are confident, have a higher chance of being successful.

We have been using Power Poses with our athletes throughout this past year, and are seeing great results. Power Poses are poses that are held for two minutes, which serve to increase testosterone levels, while decreasing cortisol levels in the body. This helps an athlete think through stressful situations with increased clarity–such as a game or practice.
