There are many ways to determine whether you are achieving your goals. One important thing you can do is use measurements. Whatever your goals are, you must measure where you are now, in comparison to where you’d like to be.
When we first start working with a client, we measure their vertical, speed, agility, and other components that have to do with their sport or fitness goals. Over the years, we’ve had many athletes come to us after working with other programs, and when we ask for their measurements, they are empty handed. The usual response is “Well, I felt better than when I started.” Feelings are great, but they are subjective. You need facts in order to ensure that you are improving.
Operating this way, has completely changed the dynamics for us. We can see if an athlete needs adjustments to their program or if the program we currently have them on is working. There is no exact science to training, but there are fundamentals. Our programs are individualized to each athlete to make sure that they make the progress necessary to achieve their goals.
Do not settle for a program that will not cater to your individual needs. Click here and set up a consultation so we can help you achieve your goals. Click here now and sign up for a free consultation and we will give your the measurements you need to be successful.
