In helping athletes get bigger stronger and faster, we look at every detail to figure out how we can improve performance. One, if not the most overlooked factors that can contribute significantly to improving performance is strengthening the feet and ankles. Our feet get really weak because we wear shoes all day and for women, wearing heels only adds to the problem. Weak feet and tight ankles will give you a weak base and foundation. We have had athletes that were extremely strong and fast with these issues but after we helped them to fix these problems, their power, speed and agility improved dramatically.
