Shoulder Pain?

 

Pain in the shoulder will inhibit any athlete from performing their best.  It is our goal to research and find the best exercises to help relieve and prevent pain.  By doing this, we also enable athletes to perform at their highest level.  Do you have any shoulder tightness or pain? This exercise will help alleviate the tightness, pain and build strength and stability in your shoulder.


Action Steps:

1. Try doing this exercise with a light weight kettle bell or no weight. 10 reps each side.

2. How does your shoulder feel now?

3. If it feels better, then add this to your warm up routine before your workout.

4. If it does not feel better, contact us for more tips to help your shoulder.
