Turkish Get Up

 

The Turkish Get Up is one of the best full body exercises you can do.  It requires the strength and stability of your entire body.  Though it may take a couple times before you get the hang of this exercise, we recommend that you use little to no weight when you start–later increasing slowly, as you are able.

This exercise is not meant to be done as fast as possible, so do take your time.  The Turkish Get Up will improve overall strength, while helping to improve speed.  It is best to have a coach help you through it, to reduce the risk of injury.  Call us now 206.588.5921 if you would like to take your performance to the next level!
